Ordering

When you place an order with us:

• You will receive an order confirmation via email
• A binding agreement is created when we have confirmed your order
• We reserve the right to refuse orders in case of suspected fraud
• Check that all information is correct before completing the purchase

Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on delivery country and order value.

Unclaimed Packages

If you do not collect your package within the specified time at the pickup point, the package will be returned to us.

• A fee of SEK 250 is charged for return shipping and handling of an unclaimed parcel; this applies to all orders.
• The SEK 250 fee covers both return shipping and administration.

If you do not collect your parcel in time, SEK 250 is charged for return shipping and handling, regardless of order value. Please collect your parcel within the stated time to avoid this fee.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Personalized Products

Products that are manufactured or customized according to customer specifications – such as perfumes with personalized labels (e.g. your own photo) – are excluded from the right of withdrawal according to consumer protection law.

⚠️ These products cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled because they are made especially for you. By ordering a personalised product, you confirm that you understand the purchase is binding.

Complaints

Under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act, you may complain about defective goods within 3 years of purchase.

Product Information

LPON sells perfumes that are inspired by well-known brand perfumes. Our products are not original perfumes.

Limitation of Liability

LPON is not responsible for indirect damages or losses arising from the use of our products.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or lack of delivery due to circumstances beyond our control.
