Return Policy

What applies to returns?

• The product must be unopened and in original packaging
• The return must be made within 30 days of receipt
• Return shipping: SEK 129 (Sweden) or EUR 25 (outside Sweden). You pay for return shipping and the fee is deducted from the refunded amount.
• Seals and labels must be intact

How to make a return

1. Contact our customer service with your order number
2. We will send you return instructions
3. Pack the product well in the original packaging
4. Send the package back according to our instructions
5. When we have received and approved the return, we will begin the refund process

Important to know

Hygiene exception: a return can only be refused if the actual seal on the item is broken, since the item is then unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons. With the seal intact, the full 30-day return right applies.

Damaged or defective item

If you have received a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately. We will then cover all return costs.

Your statutory rights

For an incorrect, damaged or defective item your statutory rights always apply. LPON then covers the return shipping and you receive a full refund or a replacement.

Exchanges

We do not offer an exchange right beyond statutory law. If you want another scent, return the item under the return terms and place a new order.

Printable return label

LPON provides a downloadable, printable return label for returns within Sweden and the EU. You receive it by email once the return is registered. The return fee is deducted from the refund.

NOTE:Your bank may have additional processing time before the money appears in your account.

What is refunded?

• Product price: Full refund of the product price
• Shipping cost: Only refunded if the item is defective or damaged
• Return shipping: SEK 129 (Sweden) or EUR 25 (outside Sweden) deducted from the refund for regular cancellation rights

Right of Withdrawal

According to distance selling regulations, you as a consumer have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, LPON offers a 30-day return policy for even greater security.
