Unclaimed Packages
If you do not collect your package within the specified time at the pickup point, the package will be returned to us.
A fee of SEK 250 is charged for return shipping and handling of an unclaimed parcel; this applies to all orders.
The SEK 250 fee covers both return shipping and administration.
If you do not collect your parcel in time, SEK 250 is charged for return shipping and handling, regardless of order value. Please collect your parcel within the stated time to avoid this fee.

Personalized Products
Products that are manufactured or customized according to customer specifications – such as perfumes with personalized labels (e.g. your own photo) – are excluded from the right of withdrawal according to consumer protection law.
⚠️ These products cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled because they are made especially for you. By ordering a personalised product, you confirm that you understand the purchase is binding.

Under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act, you may complain about defective goods within 3 years of purchase.

Delivery Times
Sweden: normally 2–3 business days. Norway, Denmark, Finland and the Netherlands: normally 3–8 business days. Other destinations: see any checkout delivery estimate or contact support@lpon.se before ordering.
For deliveries outside the EU, the recipient may need to pay import VAT, customs duties and carrier handling fees unless already paid at checkout.

For hygienic reasons, opened perfumes cannot be returned. The packaging must be intact.

Important to know
Hygiene exception: a return can only be refused if the actual seal on the item is broken, since the item is then unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons. With the seal intact, the full 30-day return right applies.
Damaged or defective item
If you have received a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately. We will then cover all return costs.
Your statutory rights
For an incorrect, damaged or defective item your statutory rights always apply. LPON then covers the return shipping and you receive a full refund or a replacement.
Exchanges
We do not offer an exchange right beyond statutory law. If you want another scent, return the item under the return terms and place a new order.
Printable return label
LPON provides a downloadable, printable return label for returns within Sweden and the EU. You receive it by email once the return is registered. The return fee is deducted from the refund.

Prova en i taget
Börja gärna med en doft per tillfälle. Många dofter samtidigt kan göra det svårare att skilja intrycken åt. Använd en liten mängd och följ produktens anvisningar.
Låt parfymen torka
Doften direkt efter sprayning kan skilja sig från hur den upplevs senare. Låt den torka på huden och känn efter igen efter en stund. Undvik att fatta hela beslutet utifrån de första sekunderna.
Anteckna det du känner

Toppnoter: det första mötet

Hjärtnoter: doftens karaktär
Hjärtat brukar beskriva en central del av parfymens uttryck. Här kan du möta exempelvis blommor, kryddor eller mjukare, fylligare toner.
Basnoter: det som dröjer kvar
Basen ger ofta djup och en känsla som blir tydligare senare. Vanilj, mysk, trä och amber är återkommande beskrivningar. Alla parfymer utvecklas inte i tydligt avgränsade steg; flera intryck kan finnas samtidigt.
Noter är ett doftspråk
